Executive Chef & Owner
Chef Hiroshi Tanaka trained for over 15 years in Kyoto under Master Chef Yamamoto before bringing his expertise to New York. His dedication to traditional kaiseki principles, combined with locally-sourced seasonal ingredients, has earned Kaiseki Elegance its Michelin star and international acclaim.
